“Even a blind man can see that one act of kindness makes the world a better place … and that world begins with you.”
- Robert F. Smith
This page is dedicated to Intentional Acts of Kindness in process. It will consist of our videos, and we will add yours after approval, if selected. We will also include your stories and update you on how we are doing with our own Intentional Acts Of Kindness. The Little Green Apples Project and The Kindness Walk began because my Father was known for “Little Green Apples”, and so to honor him, we decided we would begin a quest to do Intentional Acts of Kindness - with no expectations.
One summer afternoon, my agent who has a sister who is a caregiver to individuals with disabilities, knew that there was a need for a child who has severe autism and diabetes; he had a need for a Service Dog. So we traveled to Oregon and met with the family. Once I met this little boy, I knew this had to be one of the first Intentional Act of Kindness to do. It took a lot of steps and many challenges, but we did it! The dog has been secured by 4Paws for Abilities and the pup is being trained now. This led us to other Acts of Kindness as well, and we hope through our own examples it will lead you to dream, and to be involved in your own Intentional Act of Kindness. If you like you can Join one of ours. Just send us a note on our submit your act of kindness. If you need any ideas, contact us, and we'll brainstorm your Intentional Acts of Kindness with you via the internet. For us our first fund-raising activity started with a can drive, concerts, visit to baseball fields, and we then began our first walk of 350 - 450 mile walks. The walks have become known as The Kindness Walk. We are always on the lookout for new intentional acts of kindness and people who would like to volunteer. Join us now!
